Managing Flows & Stages
Create, edit, and organize your order flows and stages.
Flows (Order Types) define how orders move through your business. Each flow contains stages that represent steps in your fulfillment process.
Creating a New Flow
- Go to Settings → Order Flows
- Click Add Pipeline
- Enter a name and description
- Add your first stages
Managing Stages
Each stage has these settings:
- Name - Displayed on Kanban board and tracking page
- Color - Visual indicator for quick identification
- Sort Order - Position in the workflow (left to right)
- Customer Visible - Show/hide on public tracking page
- Default Stage - Where new orders start
Substages
For stages that have multiple workers or stations, you can add substages:
- Example: "Printing" stage with substages "Press 1", "Press 2", "Press 3"
- Orders can be in any substage of the main stage
- Kanban board shows substage columns
Reordering Stages
Drag and drop stages to reorder them in the flow settings. The order determines the left-to-right layout on the Kanban board.
