By accessing or using TrackMy.Shop ("Service"), operated by Lambda Coffie LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrackMy.Shop provides order tracking and fulfillment management tools for e-commerce businesses. The Service includes a web-based dashboard, API access, customer-facing tracking pages, and integrations with third-party platforms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Lambda Coffie LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackMy.Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Referral Program

TrackMy.Shop offers a referral program that allows users to earn rewards by referring new customers.

12.1 Eligibility

The referral program is available to all users with an active TrackMy.Shop account in good standing.

12.2 Referral Rewards

  • Referrer Credit: When a referred user subscribes to a paid plan, the referrer receives a credit toward their TrackMy.Shop subscription. The current reward is $10 USD per successful referral.
  • Referee Benefit: New users who sign up through a referral link receive an extended free trial period.

12.3 Credit Terms

  • No Cash Value: Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
  • Subscription Use Only: Credits may only be applied to TrackMy.Shop subscription fees and are automatically applied to your next invoice.
  • Non-Transferable: Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Expiration: Unused credits may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

12.4 Swag Rewards

Users who reach certain referral milestones may be eligible for physical merchandise rewards ("swag"). Swag rewards:

  • Are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of similar value
  • Require a valid shipping address to be provided
  • May take 4-8 weeks for delivery
  • Are limited to one reward per milestone per account

12.5 Program Rules

  • Self-referrals (referring your own accounts) are prohibited
  • Creating fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts to earn referral rewards will result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all pending rewards
  • Referral links may not be posted on coupon, deal, or discount aggregator websites
  • Fraudulent or abusive referral activity will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account termination
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
  • We reserve the right to withhold or revoke rewards if we determine referral activity violates these terms

12.6 Tax Responsibility

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to rewards received through the referral program.
