Customer Tracking Pages
How your customers can track their order status.
Each order has a unique tracking page that customers can visit to see their order status.
Tracking URL
Every order gets a unique tracking URL like:
https://trackmy.shop/track/abc123
Share this URL with customers in confirmation emails or include it in your packing slips.
What Customers See
- Your logo and branding
- Order number and items
- Current stage in the workflow
- Stage history timeline
- Estimated delivery (if configured)
Stage Visibility
Not all stages need to be visible to customers. In your flow settings, you can hide internal stages like "Quality Check" from the tracking page.
Split Order Tracking
When items in an order follow different workflows (for example, custom items vs. ready-to-ship items), customers will see an "Order Progress by Workflow" section on their tracking page.
What Customers See
- A clear explanation that items follow different workflows
- Each workflow group showing its items and current status
- The ability to view detailed tracking for each group
- Visual indication of which group they're currently viewing
How It Works
- When you split an order in the dashboard, items are grouped by their workflow
- Each group progresses independently through its own stages
- Customers can see all groups and their statuses on a single page
- They can click through to view detailed tracking for any specific group
This ensures customers understand why different items may be at different stages, without confusion about "multiple shipments" when items simply follow different processes.

- Upload your logo
- Set brand colors
- Choose hero style
