Inviting Team Members
Add team members to your workspace with the right permissions.
Invite team members to collaborate on order management.
Sending an Invitation
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the person's email address
- Select their role
- Click Send Invitation
Invitation Process
The invited person will:
- Receive an email with invitation link
- Click the link to accept
- Create an account (if new) or sign in
- Gain access to your workspace
Pending Invitations
View pending invitations in the Team settings. You can resend or cancel invitations that have not been accepted.
Invitation Expiration
Invitations expire after 7 days. If expired, send a new invitation.
