TrackMy.Shop uses role-based access control to manage what team members can do.
Available Roles
Owner
- Full access to all features
- Manage billing and subscription
- Invite and remove team members
- Delete the workspace
Admin
- Manage orders and workflows
- Configure integrations
- Manage webhooks and notifications
- Invite members (not owners)
Member
- Create and edit orders
- Move orders between stages
- View settings (read-only)
Viewer
- View orders and dashboard
- Cannot make changes
- Ideal for stakeholders or clients

Members and Viewers are best for fulfillment staff who need to process orders but should not change workflows or settings.
