TrackMy.Shop uses role-based access control to manage what team members can do.

Available Roles

Owner

• Full access to all features
• Manage billing and subscription
• Invite and remove team members
• Delete the workspace

Admin

• Manage orders and workflows
• Configure integrations
• Manage webhooks and notifications
• Invite members (not owners)

Member

• Create and edit orders
• Move orders between stages
• View settings (read-only)

Viewer

• View orders and dashboard
• Cannot make changes
• Ideal for stakeholders or clients
