Connecting Invoice Ninja
Import invoices from Invoice Ninja as orders.
Connect Invoice Ninja to import invoices as orders and track their fulfillment.
Setup
- In Invoice Ninja, go to Settings → Account Management → API Tokens
- Create a new token with read access
- Copy the token
- In TrackMy.Shop, go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect on Invoice Ninja
- Paste your API token and hosted URL
Webhook Setup
For real-time updates, configure a webhook in Invoice Ninja:
- Go to Invoice Ninja Settings → Webhooks
- Create new webhook
- Target URL: Your TrackMy.Shop webhook URL (shown after connecting)
- Event: Invoice Created/Updated
