Connecting Shopify
Set up the Shopify integration to automatically sync your orders.
Connect your Shopify store to automatically import orders and sync fulfillment status.
Setup
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect on the Shopify card
- Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com)
- Follow the prompts to authorize
- Approve the app permissions in Shopify
What Gets Synced
- Orders - All open orders are imported
- Customer Info - Name, email from order
- Line Items - Product name, SKU, quantity, price
- Order Number - Shopify order number
Automatic Updates
Once connected, new Shopify orders appear automatically via webhooks. You can also manually sync at any time.
Fulfillment Sync
When you move an order to a "shipped" stage, you can optionally mark it as fulfilled in Shopify. Configure this in the stage automation settings.
