Workspace Settings

Your workspace settings control how TrackMy.Shop looks to you and your customers. Access settings from the gear icon in the navigation or go to Settings → General.

Branding

Customize how your tracking pages appear to customers:

• Logo - Displayed on customer tracking pages
• Brand Color - Primary color for buttons and accents
• Hero Style - Choose minimal, solid, or gradient header style

Timezone

Set your workspace timezone to ensure order timestamps are displayed correctly. This affects:

• Order creation timestamps
• Stage change history
• Scheduled notifications

Billing Email

The email address used for subscription receipts and billing notifications. This is separate from your login email.
