Action Barcodes
In addition to order barcodes, you can print action barcodes to control scan behavior at workstations.
Downloading Action Barcodes
- Click the floating scan badge (bottom-right corner) or press Ctrl+Shift+B
- Select your paper size (Letter or A4)
- Click Download PDF
What's Included
The action barcode PDF contains:
- Mode switch barcodes: ACTION-SEARCH, ACTION-NEXT, ACTION-DETAILS
- Stage barcodes: One barcode per stage in each workflow
Each workflow's stages are printed on a separate page for easy distribution to different workstations.
Usage
Post the relevant barcodes at each workstation. Workers scan a stage barcode once to set their mode, then scan orders to process them. See Scan to Move for detailed workflow tips.
